Y’all I am LOVING this 2 color tie dye trend that is happening right now! It’s simple, trendy & perfect for these cozy days stuck at home! I saw a tutorial from @itsallchictome on Instagram *go follow her-she is the bleach tie dye queen*, decided this was a fun DIY to try & y’all it was SO good but be warned IT IS ADDICTING!!
Here is the quick 6 step process—6 STEPS that’s it!!!
1. Ball up your shirt & put 197329 *that may be an exaggeration* rubberbands
(there are a ton of tutorials if you want to have a certain pattern but I just wing it)
2. Mix 1/2 bleach & 1/2 water in a water bottle
3.Nail a hole in water bottle top (or you can use a squirt bottle)
4. Spray shirt, alternating sections until you have accomplished the desired look.
*I have read to let the shirt sit in the sun to activate the bleach but I noticed the bleach working right away so I just took off the bands after I felt that I had gotten it wet enough!
5.Wash & dry shirt!
ALL DONE!
I have done 2 dress, 2 sweatshirts & 3 shirts…told ya it was ADDICTING!
